Abstract


Job Crafting, Work Engagement, Organizational Virtuousness, Emotional Self- Efficacy and Emotional Intelligence Differences of Variables in Socio-Demographic
In this study, the research of the differences in the socio-demographic (gender, marital status, educational status, task variable, age, institution working time, institution type variables) of the job crafting, work engagement, organizational virtuousness, emotional self-efficacy and emotional intelligence scores of healthcare employee it is made.The study was carried out with 700 healthcare employee in different branches in a total of 5 hospitals from public and university hospitals selected by random sampling method in Konya. The study was carried out with face-to-face questionnaire method and simple random sampling technique with the healthcare employee. Descriptive statistics and difference tests were studied in the study.In the study, it has been determined that work engagement and organizational virtuousness scores differ in terms of various sociodemographic (gender, marital status, education status, task variable, age, working time, institution working time, income level variables).
