Abstract


An Empirical Study Aiming to Analyze the Influence of Human Resource Management Practices and Organizatıonal Culture Types on Employee Performance
This study aims to explore the influence of human resource management (HRM) practices and organizational culture on employee performance. The study first examines which of HRM practices affect employee performance then it investigates the effect of the organizational culture types on employee performance. Finally it is looked for the mediation effect of organizational culture on the the relationship between HRM practices and employee performance. According to analysis results, recruitment and selection, team work, training in multiple functions and feedback on performance, as HRM practices affect employee performance positively. It is observed that market culture, as a type of organizational culture, increases employee performance. Organizational culture is seen as having partial mediator effect on the relationship between HRM practices and employee performance.
