Abstract


Burnout Levels of Religious Culture and Ethics Education Teachers
Burnout, which is seen in individuals who work in close relationship with people in their job, is a syndrome that has three dimensions, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and lack of personal accopmplishment. The research is to determine burnout levels of Religious Culture and Ethics Education Teachers (230) in Şanlıurfa and the factors that affect them. As a result, burnout can vary according to different socio-demographic characteristic of religious culture and ethics education teachers. Generally burnout levels have been found to be low. İn this context, in light of the findings obtained from this and similar studies necessary measures can be taken with burnout syndrome.
