Abstract
The Relation Between Knowladge, Belief and Concept of Yakin Acccording to Qur’an
Yaqin is firstly an epistemological concept. It means knowledge which is accurate
beyond any doubt. However, after the revelation of the Qur’an, it gained a new meaning:
faith built on evidence. According to the Qur’an, the value of accurate knowledge comes
from the acceptance of divine truth. Faith based on yakîn is important. It protects and
reinforces faith and directs servants to obey God.
