Abstract
Different Pronunciation and Legal Repercussions of Word of “Commerce” Within the Surah al-Nisâ 29th Verse
The 29th Verse of the Surah Al-Nisâ has brought a new order to the buying and selling concept, in other words, to the commercial life, whose history dates as back as the history
of the mankind; and has eliminated the causes and effects of unrighteous acquisition of property, which existed before. It has admonished to the humanity that, deception, unauthorized assumption of the property, gambling and other similar ways of acquisition property were null and void; and instead, legitimate commerce had to be substituted, and
encouraged commercial activity. It emphasized especially that mutual consent must be sought in commerce, and prevented one party deceiving the other party. It also pointed to the incident of consignment (to cancel a buying and selling activity) within certain time limits, implying that buying and selling should not be made a fait accompli, and should be taken seriously.
