some candidates candidacy training should be abolished. The most adventageous side of candidacy process is that teachers gain experience thanks to practice, observation in lesson, activities etc.. The most unnecessary side of candidacy process is that teacher candidates fill in forms, the seminars practiced in summer, activities out of school, movie and taking book summary.
