Abstract
The Consept Analysis of Moral Capital
In recent years, as an open system, educational organization, which are an indespensable
part of society, are looking for ways to maximize organizational effectiveness and interest
in non-economic capital types is increasing day by day. With the work of Bourdieu on
capital, innovations have been added over time to the types of social and cultural capital
that are on the rise, and research has been done in areas such as intellectual capital and positive psychological capital. One of the non-economic capital types is moral capital.
Moral capital is a type of capital that aims to make people differentiate between good
and evil by wing ethical rules in short. Moral capital is crucial in creating schools where
moral values such as tolerance, compassion, loyalty, forgiveness, peace, brotherhood,
justice, honesty are dominant. This research, which is prepared by using the literature
survey method, aims to explain moral capital’s formation, its scope, historical process
and its preconceptions for educational organizations.
