Özet
Araştırma hemşirelik öğrencilerinin eğitimlerine ilişkin memnuniyet düzeylerinin belirlenmesi
amacıyla kesitsel ve tanımlayıcı tipte yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini bir
devlet üniversitenin hemşirelik bölümünde 2017-2018 eğitim yılı bahar döneminde kayıtlı
olan 629, örneklemini araştırmanın yapıldığı zamanda devamsızlık yapmayan, araştırmaya
katılmayı kabul eden ve veri toplama araçlarını eksiksiz dolduran 608 hemşirelik
öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Veriler anket formu ve Öğrenci Doyum Ölçeği- Kısa Form
(ÖDÖ-KF) ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart
sapma, Chronbach’s α, bağımsız gruplarda t testi ve One Way-ANOVA analizleri kullanıldı.
Öğrencilerin, ÖDÖ-KF’ndan aldıkları toplam puan ortalaması 164.92±33.07’dur.
ÖDÖ-KF alt boyutlarından aldıkları puanlar sırasıyla; okul yönetimi 3.15±0.72, kararlara
katılım 3.13±0.75, öğretim elamanları 3.10±0.76, bilimsel sosyal ve teknik olanaklar
3.10±0.67 ve eğitim öğretimin niteliği 3.08±0.75 olarak belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin yaş,
hemşirelik bölümünü tercih sırası, hemşirelik bölümüne isteyerek gelme durumu, hemşirelik
bölümünde okumaktan memnuniyet durumu ve genel not ortalaması ile ÖKÖ-KF toplam
puan ortalaması arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur (p<0.05).
Cinsiyet, sınıf, ailenin ekonomik durumu, sosyal etkinliklere, bilimsel etkinliklere ve öğrenci
topluluklarına katılma durumu ile ÖKÖ-KF toplam puan ortalaması arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmamıştır (p>0.05). Araştırma sonucu öğrencilerin
hemşirelik eğitiminden orta düzeyde memnun olduğunu, yaş, hemşirelik bölümünü tercih
sırası, hemşirelik bölümüne isteyerek gelme durumu, hemşirelik bölümünde okumaktan
memnuniyet durumu ve genel not ortalamasının hemşirelik eğitiminden memnuniyeti etkileyen
özellikler olduğunu göstermektedir.

Abstract
The study was conducted in a cross-sectional and descriptive type in order to determine
the satisfaction levels of nursing students with their education. The population of the study
consisted of 629 nursing students enrolled in the nursing department of a state university
in the spring semester of the 2017-2018 academic year, and the sample of 608 nursing
students who did not attend the study at the time of the study, accepted to participate in the
study, and completed the data collection tools completely. The data were collected using
a questionnaire form and the Student Satisfaction Scale-Short Form (SSS-SF). Number,
percentage, mean, standard deviation, chronbach's α, t test in independent groups and
one way-Anova analyzes were used in the evaluation of the data. The total score average
of the students from the SSS-SF is 164.92 ± 33.07. The scores they got from the SSS-SF
sub-dimensions were; school administration was determined as 3.15 ± 0.72, participation
in decisions 3.13 ± 0.75, lecturers 3.10 ± 0.76, scientific social and technical facilities
3.10 ± 0.67, and the quality of education was 3.0862 ± 0.75. The difference between the
students' age, the order of choosing the nursing department, their willingness to come
to the nursing department, their satisfaction with studying in the nursing department,
and their overall grade point average and the total score of SSS-SF were statistically
significant (p<0.05). The difference between gender, class, economic status of the family,
participation in social activities, scientific activities and student societies and the total
score average of SSS-SF was not found statistically significant (p> 0.05). The results
of the study show that students are moderately satisfied with nursing education, age,
order of choosing the nursing department, willingness to come to the nursing department,
satisfaction with studying in the nursing department, and overall grade point average are
the features that affect satisfaction with nursing education.
