Corruption is a common problem of developing, developed and underdeveloped countries. The relationship between corruption and economic growth may occur both directly and through corruption transmission channels. In this research using Panel Data Analysis, besides the direct impact of corruption on economic growth, the impact of corruption through human capital and investment channels that are accepted in the literature, has been analysed with the data of 11 member countries of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation BSEC between 2003-2017. As a result of the analysis, it is seen that besides the direct impact of corruption negative effect on economic growth, corruption also affects the economic growth through investment, channel. On the other hand, since there is no significant relationship between human capital and economic growth, it is concluded that the human capital variable does not act as a corruption transmission channel fort he BSEC countries.
