The Classroom Management Trends of Classroom Teachers
The general purpose of this study is to determine classroom management trends of classroom teachers working in the primary schools. Research questions for the specified purpose of the qualitative research approach used in the study have been created and opinions about teachers' classroom management are taken with data collection used in teachers Interview forms. A typical case sampling method based on the sampling approach was used in this study. Ten teachers in primary schools who served in the 2014-2015 academic year in Pasinler district of Erzurum were interviewed. Data analysis are done with content analysis method. Data were coded and classified by content analysis. The encoded data is interpreted and converted to digitized table. As a result of research, it has been revealed that the teachers have given more importance to non-verbal communication while communicating, they communicate under the rules of courtesy, they approach to their students in a gracious and respectful way and they approach like a friend producing ideas and solutions to problems for providing better education.
