Ugliness in the Poetry of Nizar Qabbani (The Peoples whose will taken away from them) model
The renowned poet Nizar Qabbani is a prominent name in the world of poetry; his name is well known to those interested in Arabic literature. Although people may differ on his poetry and the moral judgment on it, they do not differ over his poetic authority or his poetic presence in the literary world. Many have written on aesthetics in his poetry, but no one has indulged in studying “the ugly” in Nizar Qabbani's poetry. This paper will investigate the manifestations of ugliness in his poetry, and the aesthetics of this ugliness. In Kabbani's poems, we can think of estetik ugliness Kab in three different general aesthetic frameworks.
